Requirements
* Female, max 28 years old
* Min Diploma in Secretary
* Experience as secretary to Director minimum 2 years
* Good communication skill , good personality and appearance
* Organize schedule appointments, meeting, and correspondences.
* Maintain Files, documents and offices equipment
* Handling visa application, travel schedule and travel documentation
* Fluency in English both written or speaking
* Understand Japanese language would be more advantage
* Excellent in Computer Skill
