Job Responsibilities :
· Site hunting
· Price negotiation
· Making Berita Acara Kesepakatan with the Land / properties owner
· Handling legal aspect related to site acquisition
· Socialization to people who living inside the tower radius, also to local government related to BTS Construction
· Handling permits from government related to construction and operationally of BTS (consist of IMB, HO, Izin Prinsip, RKT, etc)
Job Requirements :
· Male, due to the job related to outdoor activities
· Having at least 2 years work experience.
· Fully understand Sitac processes.
· Self-motivated, teamwork oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
· Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Ability to fluently converse in English with good reading and writing skills.
· Solid public personal and ability to confidently represent the company.
· Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.
· Willing to be contracted for some terms, depend on the term of projects.
